Introduction

Welcome to our blog......

Assalamualaikum, hi there everyone!

On our very first post we would like to introduce ourselves who are working under this blog assignment for Fundamental English. There are 4 of us;

  • Umi Fakhriyah Binti Haji Mohd Norzairi (55201113030)
  • Nur Farah Syakila Binti Jasmi (55201113086)
  • Siti Khairun Nisya Binti Ramdzi (55202113019)
  • Siti A'isyah Binti Mohd Rosli (55202113076)
So here it goes! Our backgrounds.. Starting from me, Umi. Yes, you may address me as "Umi". I am from Brunei and this is my second time studying in Malaysia. I took A levels before proceeding to this bachelor programme. When I reached here, everything was not as what I expected, so I was afraid of getting homesick but somehow the environment here, the wonderful people I have met made me realize that I was not the only one feeling that way. They help me a lot undergoing this process of blending myself with the environment and taught me to be patient with everything. That is how I learn to be grateful of being here and I hope my journey here will all be worth it.

And hi again.. I am Nur Farah Syakila Binti Jasmi.. You can just call me Fasya. As I said before, my current hometown is Penang. I have studied foundation of Physical Science at Pusat Asasi Sains Universiti Malaya. Well, actually when the first time I reached here, I am afraid that I might not be able to adapt with MICET's environment due to its location that is totally far away from any exciting cities, but surprisingly, I have managed to survive here without any problems. Maybe it is because I have met fantastic friends, with different backgrounds, with different attitudes that are always encouraging me to do well in MICET.

Well next up is me! So hello there everyone my name is Siti Khairun Nisya bt Ramdzi. But you all can just call me 'Khai'. I was born and now living in Klang, Selangor. I studied in Selangor Matriculation College before enrolled in Unikl MICET. And yes! This is my first time being far away from my family and Alhamdullilah everything is going well for me. I am very grateful because I have met a lot of friendly girlfriends who are always there for me when I get down in the dumps. Plus throughout my days in Unikl MICET I have also met great lecturers who teach their students with their full heart. And lastly I really hope that I would have an awesome experience in Unikl MICET.

Assalamualaikum and a very good day everyone. Last but not least, I am Siti A'isyah Binti Mohd Rosli and every one can call me Aisyah. I was born at Kelantan, Malaysia but now I'm staying at Meru, Klang, Selangor. I'm now taking the Bachelor Of Chemical Engineering in Bioprocess but I already enrolled in Diploma In Sciences at Kolej Poly-Tech Mara, Kota Bharu, Kelantan. I am really grateful to be here at MICET because of the friendly and beautiful environment that make my day cheerful and peaceful everyday. At first, I had never wondered that I could take a degree program, I have always wanted to continue my study but I never felt hopeful enough to do it. Funny things happened during my first day here, I woke up in my father's car and saw MICET's environment. I caught myself shivering when it came to filling up the application form at Lestari Hall. Fortunately, I am grateful now that I'm walking confidently and happily with a full spirit to succeed. "Insya Allah", 4 Flat in my hand!
